HI!

My name is Laura Batllori, the teacher at LIVING THE LANGUAGE and I would like to offer you a meaningful and personalised language learning experience in Spanish or Catalan.

Through a true linguistic immersion, guided and mentored by me, we will spend 3 days in my home – living together and communicating only in Spanish or Catalan – as well as including activities you choose, for example fine arts, walking, photography, cooking, history, theatre etc. You decide your goals and I’ll help you achieve them.

LIVING THE LANGUAGE is situated in a calm oasis on the outskirts of Girona, Catalonia, Spain with access to many places – from the Pyrenees to the beautiful coves of the Costa Brava and of course Barcelona. Capital of the province, Girona is known for its medieval architecture, roman remains and sweeping views and has 100,000 inhabitants, great restaurants and local culture.

LEARNING OPTIONS

3 DAYS INTENSIVE

This in an immersion experience, designed for people who may not have time for regular classes and are looking for a different way to learn Spanish or Catalan and explore the local surroundings. It’s a type of language activity break, always with the focus on language.

1:1 LESSONS IN GIRONA AND SURROUNDINGS

If you live locally then you could have a few hours each week, either at the LIVING THE LANGUAGE space or in your home.
